This exquisite property provided the Owners with both a tranquil entertainment courtyard and a large rear yard with vast ocean views. The courtyard is highlighted by a charming fireplace, framed by multiple fountains spilling out of the wall openings, pool and infinity spa with mosaic tile and veneer, a covered cook center with bar seating accented with Ipe wood veneer and trim, multiple seating/lounge areas. The rear yard has multiple large seating areas to enjoy the incredible and vast ocean views. Some additional highlights include a wonderful BBQ and a large fire-pit highlighted with onyx veneer.
